When should you call:
- We recommend Hydro-jetting once a year for the seasonal user or twice a year for full-time users to sanitize and remove odors, sludge, tank gnats, and sediment. We can put you on a recurring schedule that works for you.
- Hydro-jetting is recommended prior to storing your RV.
- If you buy a used motor-home or RV, hydro-jetting will restore the tanks to a like new condition.
**As needed for dry camping or no on-site water access.
Our Area of Service
- Zone 1 includes: Congress, Wickenburg, Wittman, Surprise, New River, Cave Creek, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Buckeye and other points highlighted in green.
- Zone 2 includes: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, and other points highlighted in blue.
Our Prices
Zone 1
- Black Tank Cleaning: $150
- Gray Tank Cleaning: $100
- Both Black and Gray Tanks during same visit: $200
- Tank Empty Only Service [up to 3 tanks]: $100
- Unclogging Service: $225 (Must be hooked up to sewer. Includes Hydro-jetting.)
- *Minimum visit charge: $100 (Applied toward total.)
- **Free Tank Treatment upon Request. (Not considered chemical free.)
Zone 2
- Black Tank Cleaning: $175
- Gray Tank Cleaning: $125
- Both Black and Gray Tanks during same visit: $250
- Tank Empty Only Service [up to 3 tanks]: $150
- Unclogging Service: $250 (Must be hooked up to sewer. Includes Hydro-jetting.)
- *Minimum visit charge: $125 (Applied toward total.)
- **Free Tank Treatment upon Request. (Not considered chemical free.)
If your RV has multiple tanks we can clean them for an additional charge of $75 for each gray tank and $100 for each black tank.
Supply Water for Trailer Water Tank (up to 60 gallons): $25
After-hours
- Additional $100 to above fees.
Payment due at the time of service.
*Minimum visit charge will be applied toward the total if the job is able to be completed. If for any reason the job cannot be completed this will be the amount due.
** Must have inside access to perform treatment.
